All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse service/order placement at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorized reselling, or other misuse.

We make every effort to display products accurately (including colors and details). However, displays can vary by screen/device, so we cannot guarantee the product appearance shown on your device will be exactly the same in person.

All prices listed on our website are displayed in US dollars (USD) on the English version of the Site. Prices may be automatically converted and displayed in other currencies depending on the language version, location, or settings selected by the customer.

Prices include applicable EU VAT where required by law. Shipping costs, duties, and any additional fees are not included in the product price and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or adjust orders affected by such errors, even after an order has been placed.

We accept major payment methods (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay) as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order ships.

By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors without authorization.

Orders are shipped from Poland to destinations available at checkout. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

International orders (outside the European Union):

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. DearEco has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@deareco.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide instructions for the next steps.

Please review our Return Policy on the Site before making a purchase, as it forms part of these Terms.

International returns (outside the EU):

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on orders shipped outside the European Union unless the item is defective or incorrect. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid on international orders are non-refundable.

All content on the Site — including product photos, designs, text, graphics, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to DearEco and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DearEco will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase/use of products.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.
