We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for all unworn and unused items. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at deareco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions for returning the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at deareco@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return address and instructions for returning the item, and we will ship the new item to you free of charge once we receive the returned item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at deareco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return address and instructions for returning the item, and we will either send you a replacement item or issue you a refund, depending on your preference.
